If you don’t have access to private transport and are unable to use public transport we may be able to help you attend your medical appointments. We take people to a variety of medical facilities in Oxfordshire and Berkshire as well as local GP surgeries. We can also help with trips to dentist, optician and podiatrist.

Volunteers will wait for the duration of the appointment and then take you home. Mileage expenses are charged to cover the running costs of the car, which must be paid directly to the volunteer driver on the day. As an example the charge for a return journey to the Oxford hospitals is £16. Unfortunately we are not able to transport wheelchairs.
